Job Description :
- The job will require active engagement with architect, builders and high net worth individual customers.
- Develop strategy for channel expansion and execute the same in the territory.
- Active pursuit of builders and developers in the right market segment.
- Liaise with dealers, distributors and the company for resolving issues, promoting schemes and introduction of company’s product portfolio.
- Planning and forecasting sales by product types on a quarterly basis.
- Achieve Sales Target from Dealers Sales and Project Sales.
- Direct interaction with end users and decision makers to convert prospects into sales for Bravat.

- Adaptive: Must have the ability & feel comfortable in pursing small deals as well as large contracts as our business is mix of both. Should be able to understand the decision making process of a customers and define the path for successful deal closure, and execute the same.
- Communication: Good communication skills, both written and verbal, and familiarity with remote working and reporting techniques.
- Individual Contributors: Comfortable in working alone in a territory and defining priorities to keep monthly and long term goals in focus.
- Networker : Ability to liaise with industry influences to maintain Bravat’s interest in terms of upcoming
